FREE "CrossFit Intro"

"FREE" Intro to CrossFit classes offered once a week at 6:30pm Tuesdays.Most gyms have "Bring a Friend Day" but we wanted to create more opportunities through out the month, forgo the invite and offer A time that works for most. Class will run for 30 minutes and include introduction to the CrossFit methodology, instruction, warm up and a quick work out.
