Teens Athlete Strength & Conditioning Class $85 every month • Unlimited visits • This is an Athlete development program for all Teens, Middle & High school age starting September 20th taught by 2 x's Crossfit Games Athlete & head coach Nick Urankar. The class runs as a monthly recurring charge of ($85) and meets on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

* Discounts available for more than one family member (or ) on a Drop in individual class to class basis for ($15). We recommend the Monthly plan as it allows the Athlete to practice consistency which is a key element in seeing progress.

Open Gym Monthly Membership $85 every month • Unlimited visits • This membership option is for those who only wish to utilize our Open Gym hours ONLY and not attend our CrossFit classes.

Current hours are 7:30am - 9am M-F
10:00am - 2:00pm M-T-W-F
4:15 - 5:30pm M-F

* This membership is un related to CrossFit / CrossFit classes

Unlimited CrossFit Classes- 1st member $130 every month • Unlimited visits • This membership includes Unlimited CrossFit classes, any Open Gym time

Weightlifting / Powerlifting $85 every month • Unlimited visits • This gives Unlimited access to CF061 to do Weightlifting or Powerlifting during Open Gym Hours. This does not give access to CF061 CrossFit Classes:

CrossFit Kids $40 every month • Unlimited visits • This class is intended for 7- 12 year olds and meets once a week on Tuesdays from 4:15pm - 5:15pm. This class is set up for monthly auto draft billing the 1st of every month.

Penn Lacrosse Athlete Strength & Conditioning Off Season Program $350 • 3 visits per Week for 6 Months •

The CrossFit 061 Penn Lacrosse Athlete Prep Program is designed to develop the strength, speed, and conditioning you need to compete at your highest level. We view your training over time. The longer you train properly the higher the adaptation. this Athlete Prep Program gives you the physical power you need to improve your performance.
